a tenth of Louvre

is what you can see in a day.

Detail from Napoleon's outfit.

A bird and few mummified cats from Ancient Egypt. It was very obvious that animals were the most attractive exhibits for kids younger than 10 and me.

I saw David Hockney's documentary "Secret Knowledge" about slight cheatery with camera obscura that painters in renaissance allegedly were practising and wanted to find it out myself.
How come a master can't draw few ornaments into a perspective decently?
